2.5 Should phone assistance does not work for the damaged goods, please send back the product to us along with the picture at the time of receipt. Any cost of shipping to return the product will be absorbed by us; Sociolla has full responsibility to provide you with authentic and good product quality.
2.6 You will receive email notifications which contain your Delivery Receipt Number shortly after your order is shipped.
3. Price
If in certain circumstances, there is a price error or wrong information on a specific product as a result of mistyping or error rates and information from suppliers, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders with the wrong price including orders that have been paid. In the situation where an order for such product has been paid by credit card and your credit card has been charged for the purchase, then we would make a refund in accordance with the amount.

Salon By Houzcall always strive to provide product descriptions as accurate as possible. But we cannot make an absolute guarantee that all descriptions or content contained in the website is accurate/ complete/ current/ or error-free. If a product offered on the Site is not in accordance with the product description, then you could return the product in an unused or opened seal conditions.
